'Sreedhar Kilaru serves on Adept Computer Consultants’ Board of Directors. With 25 years of expertise across the IT industry, Mr. Kilaru have directed the company’s global strategy for more than 2 decades. Prior to start working with Adept, Mr. Kilaru have held several key positions with organizations as an enterprise resource planning specialist and a dedicated software professional. He helped in the CRM systems implementations of Intel, McKesson HPOC, Verizon’s ERP Implementations, and worked with EDS. He has conducted a thorough research in healthcare industry to implement EMR automated operations (Paperless Office). Furthermore, Mr. Kilaru has proposed to expand its expertise in the areas of IoT, Cyber Security, Performance Management, Project Development, and Recruitment Outsourcing Process(RPO). Mr. Kilaru holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science degrees from Nagarjuna University, India and Master of Computer Applications degree from Anna University, India

Uma Rani Chadalawada is the President and CEO of Adept Computer Consultants Inc. and serves on its Board of Directors. Ms. Chadalawada has been serving these roles since 1998. She has led the corporate functions and core operations of the company. She plays a key role in the continued development of the company. Prior to this she worked work SJI Corporation where she played a major role in establishing operations in the United States of America.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of business administration from Nagarjuna University.

Elbert Gene Tindell is an Advisory Board member of Adept Computer Consultants Inc. Gene's key expertise and experience is in Business Development, International Business Transactions, and Government /Military project development. He was a licensed master electrician for 25 years in the State of Texas, with a focus on process control system for Water and Energy projects. Gene has worked with private companies as well as state and local governments including the United States Department of Defense and foreign government agencies. He has worked in many diverse locations such as Dallas, TX, Baghdad, Iraq and Tegucigalpa, Honduras. He has spent over 25 years leading operations for clients in North and Central America, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Gene has assembled and led research teams of scientists that have created and developed innovative products and systems. He has led research teams of over 40 team members resulting in the publishing of two patents. Current research includes next-generation technologies such as Scalable Agent Network Architecture (ANA), Quantum Computing and Communication Protocol.

San C is Chief Delivery Officer of Adept Computer Consultants Inc. Mr. San has leads the IT delivery centers across the globe. Focuses on account management and increase delivery efficiency. Mr. San has 35 years experience in IT Consulting, Product Development & Global Delivery. He has worked in top Fortune 100 companies. 15+ years in SCM, ERP, CRM, BI, and MES package development and deployment across globe. He is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by Project Management Institute (PMI). He has practiced world-class development methodologies (SDLC) and QA standards. Managed accounts/people and generated revenue more than $100M. Mr. San holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business in Information Technology from Madras University.
